4.6 A monthly interest charge of 2% will be applied to all overdue invoices until the balance is paid in full.

4.7 For invoices overdue by more than 60 days, a surcharge of 4% will be applied if the outstanding balance is paid by credit card.

 5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We will make every effort to ensure that delivery times are met, but we are not liable for any delays in shipments. 

5.2 Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. 

5.3 Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. 

6.2 To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team for a return authorization number. 

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 

6.4 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 7. Warranties

7.1 We provide a limited warranty for our products as specified on the product packaging or website. 

7.2 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

7.3 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electrix Supply Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. 

8.2 Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
